Successful Completion of WPQR Qualification and Welder Certification Services for GalvaSteel LLC in Kosovo
TOYA Quality Engineering successfully provided Welding Procedure Qualification Record (WPQR) and Welder Qualification Certification services for GalvaSteel LLC, located in Prizren, Kosovo, under our TÜRKAK accreditation in accordance with TS EN ISO/IEC 17020.
Within the scope of the project, Welding Procedure Qualification (WPQR) was carried out in compliance with EN ISO 15614-1, while Welder Qualification Tests were successfully conducted and certified in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1.
Our inspection and certification activities included:
- Verification of welding procedure implementation,
- Preparation and inspection of WPQR test specimens,
- Verification of welding parameters in accordance with applicable standards,
- Supervision of visual inspection and relevant non-destructive testing (NDT) activities,
- Conducting welder qualification examinations,
- Review and verification of technical documentation and test reports.
All activities were performed impartially and independently in full compliance with internationally recognized standards.
